Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. “Accept all” and “Reject all” are equal choices, and “Cookie settings” lets you choose by category.
Until you choose, and if you reject, no analytics cookies are set and no Google Analytics code is loaded.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_E780VWRZRV) from your browser and reload the page.

Necessary cookies and storage
We do not ask for consent for these because they are strictly necessary for what you ask for: remembering your cookie choice, remembering the language you select and protecting the contact form from spam. To remove the language setting, clear your browser’s site data for sparcley.co.uk.
reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and loads only on the contact page, after you start filling in the form. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the website. It records the pages you view, how you arrived, events such as a click on our video link, and your device, browser and approximate location. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store the IP addresses of visitors in the UK and EU.
With the same consent we also load our Google tag (GT-M6BPSTFP). Nothing from Google Analytics or the Google tag loads before you accept.
We tell Google tags that consent for advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation is denied, and the banner never asks for it.

Content from other services
Our fonts and images, including the flags in the language switch, are served from our own website. Content from Google loads only as described above: reCAPTCHA once you start filling in the contact form, and Google Analytics and our Google tag after you accept.
Links to other websites
Links to social media, YouTube, Google Maps, WhatsApp and our client portal (crm.sparcley.co.uk) take you to other websites, which set their own cookies under their own policies. Nothing from them loads on our pages until you click.
Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, the website still works, but it cannot remember your choice and will ask again on each visit. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
Changes and contact
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. If we add a type of cookie that needs consent, we will ask you again.
